Inner Mongolia Xingye Group Co., Ltd. attaches great importance to enterprise training, so that it organizes its affiliated enterprises’ senior leaders and technicians to go out for on-the-spot investigation and study every year, accordingly learning advanced management experience and technologies from its peers and improving its management level and technological innovation and transformation ability, which plays a significant role in enhancing its economic performance. Besides, the Company also attaches great importance to cultivation and improvement of technicians and education and training of current employees. Thus, the Company constantly built learning-oriented management teams and technical teams and cooperated with local vocational and technical colleges in establishing mining and measurement training courses to train reserve talents. At present, the graduated trainees have successively taken appointments and grown into members of the dominant force. In recent years, with the continuous development of the affiliated enterprises, the Company has been preparing the construction of a mining museum and XXX base to take a road to combine universities, industries and research institutions. 

Xingye Group’s On-board Training for Fresh Graduates from Universities in 2007 

Xingye Group’s HR department organized 55 fresh college graduates to attend a 13 days’ on-board training from July 27, 2007 to August 10, 2007. This training includes military training, company introduction, training of management systems, and quality development, and so on.

After the comprehensive and systematic on-board training is over, in order to ensure that the college students could immerse themselves in the enterprises as soon as possible and grow better in future, through training evaluation and communication, Xingye Group’s HR department established a corresponding training and development plan for each of the college students according to his or her specialty and post and further arranged supervisors to train, direct, and supervise their routine work or professional skills.

On July 12, 2008, Dr. Zhang Jinrong, president of the Florida Phosphates Research Institute, together with Professor Han Yuexin of Northeastern University, gave a lecture named “The Future Development Trend of Mining Industry and the Future of World Mining Industry” at the training center on the third floor of Xingye Group’s office building. 


2011 Technician Promotion Examination 
All technicians of the affiliated enterprises attend the internal job title promotion examination at the training center on the third floor of the Company’s office building from October 14, 2011 to October 20, 2011. 
    
In order to build learning-oriented technical teams, advance the promotion of overall quality of technicians, and consolidate the business foundation of technical teams so as to train and use talents better, on the principles of fairness and impartiality, the HR department planned and organized a promotion examination on technicians of Xingye Group and its affiliated enterprises in such specialties as geology, measurement and mining from October 14, 2011 to October 20, 2011. The leading group of remuneration and professional title evaluation under Xingye Group worked out the final result of technician promotion and compensation according to the performance of professional technicians in terms of field practices and theoretical knowledge tests. 


2013 Annual Safe Production Education and Training

Xingye Group engaged senior training instructors in local safety supervision systems to organize 2013 Annual Safe Production Education and Training Meeting at the training center on the third floor of the Company’s head office from February 17, 2013 to February 18, 2013. The training content includes work safety policies and related laws and regulations, production safety organization and guarantees, safety education and training, safety management of working sites, safety warning signs, occupational hazard factors and labor protection, emergency response management, safety inspection and rectification of hidden dangers, reporting, investigation and treatment of industrial accidents, mine safety certificates, and related materials. Xingye Group’s management team members and executive directors, general managers, deputy general managers in charge of safety, deputy general managers in charge of production, and deputy general managers of the affiliated enterprises attended this safe production education and training meeting. This meeting made a good start for the safety management of the Company in 2013 and will play a positive role in improving safety awareness, fully implementing the latest laws and regulations concerning production safety, elevating the Company’s safety management work in 2013 to a new level, and guaranteeing the Company’s realization of annual safe production management objectives.



Juyuan Mining’s safety supervision department cooperated with safety training experts of a local safe production supervision and management bureau in designing “Training Course for Special Workers” for the Company from August 3, 2011 to August 4, 2011. During the training, the Company engaged two senior teachers to respectively explain operating instructions for electrical operations, winding elevator operations, and drainage operations and analyze key points according to the characteristics of the Company. The trainees grasped operating instructions for their own operations and safety precautions familiarly through several days’ learning and passed theoretical examinations organized by the training center.
