Talent philosophy: bringing in and cultivating talents who are conducive to the enterprise development with the pursuit of the corporate culture.

An effective approach of acquiring satisfactory talents is to cultivate such talents or to search and bring in such talents. We take “fitness” as the central theme when we cultivate or bring in talents and the corporate culture as a carrier of attracting and maintaining and utilizing talents. We need talents who are fit for Xingye’s culture and willing to involve themselves in the development of Xingye. Only employees who have a sense of identity and belonging in their hearts can provide the enterprise with cohesive and motive power for development and convey the essence of Xingye’s culture. Only such talents are considered to be qualified for cultivation and brining-in.

We have been striving to provide our employees with both sound work environment and development platform. Talents brought in may not adapt to our development demand at first, but they are bound to be fit for such demand after a period of cultivation, and that is our talent philosophy. Employees’ incorporation of their value into the development of enterprise on the basis of identity and accumulation of such value on the basis of incorporation will not only provide employees with opportunities of steeling themselves, but also provide the enterprise with talent pools, realizing the organic unification of employee’s value and enterprise development.
